Valentines Day Party

We will be having a Valentines Day celebration in our classroom, on Thurs-day, February 14th. If you wish to send Valentines in with your child, please be sure to send enough for the entire class of 22 children. Please remind your child to sign their own name on the cards. I will be send-ing a remind-er to the parents that signed up to send in a treat for the party.

Kindergarten Happenings

Report cards will be going home this week. The report card is yours to keep. Simply sing and return the envelope that the report card came home in As we are sure you can already see, the children are doing a wonderful job and quickly becoming super readers. Please continue to read the phonics library books at home for extra practice and any of their (or your own) favorite stories. In math we are continuing to work on number recognition, reading our number words (1-10), counting by 2’s, 5’s, & 10’s, and writing our numerals 1-10 and putting together and adding to sums of 10.Thank You for your support, The children are really BLOOMING now. They are such hard workers and their efforts are starting to pay off. I thank you all for all of your support, and keep up all the hard work !!!
