The undersigned will use such gold as he (it) may be permitted to purchase only for the legitimate and customary r equirements of his (its) industry, profession or art, and will keep a record showing the amounts and dates of sales and the names and addresses of the purchasers of all gold sold, and will require of such purchasers affidavits that the gold so purchased will be used exclusively in the industry, profession or art in which such purchasers are engaged, and will permit Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland at its request to inspect such records and affidavits. The undersigned will comply in a ll respects with all regulations issued by the Secretar~ of the Treasury. Execution of Application

(a) Individuals-Sign the top signature line under the application and also the acknowledgment.

Corporations-Fill in the name of the corporation on the top signature line of the application with the signature of an officer of the corporation below. The same officer should execute the acknowledgment under oath and the officer's address, rather than the address of the applicant corporation, should be filled in below his signature to the acknowl­edgment.

(c) Partnership-The name of the partnership should be filled in on the tOp signature line of the application and a part­ner should sign on behalf of the corporation in the line below. The same partner should also sign the acknowledg­ment under oath and the partner's address, rather than the: address of the partnership should be filled in below the acknowledgment.
