Still in use today for charts in print



It still runs on Windows 10



Chart and data table are independent



Today’s / yesterday’s challenges

We can not easily produce interactive web charts. There ist no unicode support. PDF, SVG and other up-to-date

file formats are not supported. We cannot transfer charts easily from

one media to the other. Web charts are produced out of print.



Looking for an out-of-the-box solution, free for non-commercial use



1st level of requirements

Error margins, confidence intervals Null (missing) values



2nd level of requirements

Liquid layout (independent from screen space / screen resolution) = HTML5, no canvas

Can be adapted to use the Swiss governement corporate design guidelines



3rd level of requirements

Categorical and numerical X-axis Two Y-axes Any colour for any category Multiple formats for labels:

-- digits after colon -- units

and many more
