Troubleshooting

FedEx Web Shipping is a third-party application provided by FedEx. TicketM2 ties the specifics of your TM2 activity to the FedEx application, but since FedEx’s “engine” drives the shipping function, TicketM2 has no input in regards to the rules, regulations and specifications that FedEx requires.

If TM2 is generating the labels correctly, but they are printing incorrectly or for some reason FedEx is not delivering your shipments, then it may be a problem with the printer you are using.

As a reference, below are the printing guidelines FedEx produces for web shipping. They will be a starting point if you are having trouble printing labels.

Key: Print FedEx labels with a laser printer with an output of at least 200dpi
