    cover all aspects of the Health and Safety activities of

    the organization.

    and bar graphs are used to represent that data.

    The time period of the study was too short. Sampling size is only 50, but the no of

    employees is much more than that.

    Employees are not interested to fill up thequestionnaire as they were busy in their work.

    Respondents were unwilling to disclosecomplete and correct information

    The study is limited to main departments. Allthe departments were not covered under thestudy.

    The Company should work more on the recreationactivities to boost the energy level of the employees and

    beat stress. The employees should be provided with some yoga classes

    or some other programs to handle stress and make mind

    healthy and sharp as well. The employees should be rewarded with incentives for

    their better performance in safety management duringtheir work

    There should be an employee assistance program for thepersons who met with accident or having some problems

    during their work. The employees should be made more aware about effects

    of careless during the working hours.

    the company is much more aware about the life of

    their precious human assets and has taken almost allthe necessary steps for providing a healthy and safeenvironment to their employees. The employees of

    the company as well are much satisfied with thefacilities and working environment provided to them.Still the accidents occurred are due to thecarelessness and negligence of the employees.
