The responses for this question was mostly positive, with only 3 people saying the pace was too slow, also someone made an extra comment saying the pace was good to begin with, but should have got faster as the video went on. I tried to increase the pace slightly throughout the music video, however the tempo of the song does not increase a great deal. So I have learned that I should have got more shots so that I could have made each shot slightly shorter to be able to increase the pace of my music video.

The majority of people thought that the transition from the bed room to the bridge was effective, with the average being 4. This has made me think that maybe it would have been a good idea to show more of his journey to the bridge starting from him leaving the house, to make people understand it more. I think that I made the transition of going into the guitar and back out effective, by changing the contrast of the second shot so that it was as dark as when I tracked in, when the guitar was in the bedroom.

Was the location of my music video appropriate for the genre of music? (Please comment.

16 of the 17 responses says that the location was appropriate for the music video, most just saying yes. Some people commented on how it was simple but was meaningful. This I felt I learnt from my AS work, where I tried to make it too complicated, which meant I couldn't get effective shots, so for my music video I decided to go for the more simple approach trying to make it more effective, I appear to have done well based on my feedback. However, there was one person who said 'Well, not really, I didn't understand why it was shot in a house and then what looked like a car park', but this was the only negative comment, so I am pleased with my choice of location.

This question got a very mixed response, but can still be seen as postive responses as the majority went for 4, implying they pretty much understood the narrative of the video. I should have included a comment box in this question so that I knew why they didn't understand the narrative. From this I could have learnt how I could have made it understandable to everyone.

The average response was 7, therefore people on the whole thought that the three products link together well. From this I have learnt that I used the conventions of a poster and digipak well to make them both recognisable as one. However some people said 5, so thought the link was average. I believe that I managed to make it link well as I used a typical convention of using the same image for the poster and album cover, which is done by many professional artists, so I find it hard to understand how they don't link. Also I used images of the same main location in the music video (under the bridge) on the print work. Although the colour scheme is quite dark and could be seen as boring I think this helped link the 3 products together as the colour of the strokes at the top and bottom, I used the colour pipet on photoshop, to get the exact colour of the bridge, to use on my poster.

This is very positive feedback as everyone thought the transitions in the video worked. This shows that they were effective transitions and that I made good decisions when editing my video. If fade transitions are used too much they can look unprofessional, therefore, by feedback has showed me that I used a good combination of transitions to make my video flow and look aesthetically pleasing.

Overall, I believe that I got positive feedback, therefore I was successful in making my music video appeal to my target audience as all the feedback was from people that were in my target audience. I was successful in the way I put my products together, to make a one good overall piece of work.
