96(a) Where Parking Stalls are let to Term Parkers on a monthly

basis, they are applicable as follows:‑

97 (i) for a calendar month; and

98(ii) Monday to Friday inclusive for the hours of car park operation;

or

99(iii) Monday to Sunday inclusive for the hours of car park

operation.

(iv) Monthly permits are sold on the condition that the permit does

not guarantee a bay within the specified car park when the car

park is full.

(v) A monthly permit is only valid for the month(s), registration

number(s) and/or business name and car park stated on the

permit.

ticket number, car park number , valid expiry date and vehicle

consecutive days from the date of purchase. These tickets are

interchangeable between car parks where the purchase price of
