• NF Accommodation– NF delegates at OC responsibility on site – Athletes, Vets, Chefs d’Equipe (single rooms)

– Hotels will be ADA accessible

– Carers will be permitted to stay with Para-Athletes

– Grooms on site – 2 per room with common kitchen/rest area per 8 rooms – air conditioned and heated

– Additional NF delegates off site

• Housing Bureau – anticipate opening late June

• FEI Officials accommodated in nearby hotels with short shuttle ride to venue

Accommodation



• Airport Transfers– From Charlotte, Ashville and Greenville

– All eligible NF delegates

– Available for purchase if booked in advance

• Parking– Limited on site as teams will not require it so much due to on-site accommodation

– Teams will be provided with parking passes for their additional staff

– Convenient drop off by sport back of house area will be available

• On site transport– Limited number of golf carts will be available for hire

– Golf cart shuttles will be available

– Bicycles will be permitted but not scooters or mopeds

Transport



• Catering– NF delegates & FEI Officials restaurant on site in sport back of house zone

– Access with accreditation – objective to serve food as fast as possible

– Access can be purchased for accredited persons without catering rights at the entrance

– Coffee and snacks will be available near stables

– Numerous restaurants available on site

• VIP Hospitality – permanent building overlooking arena

• Accreditation – allocation based on WEG 2014

• Ticketing – target launch end June 2017

• Visas – working with US Congress to facilitate easy access to US

Test Event



• European based horses – fly to Greenville Spartanburg (45-50 mins to venue)

• 42 hours post arrival quarantine on-venue – then released to discipline stables

• Pre-departure and flight costs are NF responsibility

• OC will pay from port of entry to venue and return, and import costs at port of entry
