Exelon expected to submit a Post-Shutdown Emergency Plan (pre-exemption) LAR• NRC will conduct a comprehensive review of proposed

changes to existing Emergency Plan• NRC will transmit a request to REP HQ (which will

forward to Region 3) for review of offsite impacts• Licensee/ORO Drill: NRC/FEMA observers• FEMA response will be incorporated into Safety

Evaluation Report
