CAB

Unique cab for unparalleled all-round visibility.

Best seat in the houseJust two steps and you're in the spacious cab of the Fendt Cargo T955, which sets new standards in the telehandler class. Use the foot pedal on the move to continuously raise the cab up to 4.2 m on the visual axis. This gives you a perfectly clear view to fill high-sided vehicles. The floor-to-ceiling safety glass windscreen also helps. Because of the slim steering column, there's nothing to obstruct your view. The hydraulic cylinder which lifts up the cab, is also equipped with a nitrogen bubble. This absorbs shocks away from the cab while driving, for an ultra-comfortable ride.

Spacious cab with fully-loaded armrestThe spacious cab of the Fendt Cargo T955 offers plenty of space and is very bright with large windows. The operating armrest and joystick are installed on the standard suspension seat, so the suspension movements do not cause any proportional movements between the seat itself and the elbow rest. The buttons for the key functions are also located on the armrest. The display elements are connected to the armrest and arranged in such a way that they form a line of sight with the right A-pillar. This does away with the usual extensive dashboard. Together with the slimline steering column, you get the best view of the working tool even in 'ground mode'.

VERSATILITY

Unique designThe Fendt Cargo T955 is no ordinary telehandler. It's more about a smart connection between the telehandler and wheel loader, combining the advantages of both concepts. There's the robust design, for example, with extra large components wherever you look, especially the telescopic arm. The Fendt Cargo T955 also offers a small turning radius of less than 4 metres thanks to its all-wheel steering. The stability against overturning is significantly higher in contrast to articulated vehicles and it will stand its ground. At a total height of 2.65 m, it is also lower than many wheel loaders.

Powerful hydraulic systemTo stand up to every task, the Fendt Cargo T955 has an extremely high hydraulic flow. The high-performance Load Sensing hydraulics deliver up to 200 l/min. The additional hydraulic valves can add 65 l/min. The connections are well protected behind a cover on the quick-release frame. There are more hydraulic valves at the rear. You can easily set flow rates on a potentiometer in the cab.

SWING ARM

Full steam ahead.

Designed for maximum outputCompared to other telehandlers, the Fendt Cargo T955 offers a far greater breakaway torque, which is down to the Z-kinematics at the swing arm. At 85 kN, this is at wheel loader levels; unheard of in a telehandler. The Z-kinematics also prevent the usual 'forward digging' motion, as the breakaway torque is instant.

Telescopic arm, for the most extreme conditionsThe telescopic arm has been designed to be extra strong and robust. Any torsion is counteracted with a 8-mm thick base body and a 10-mm thick arm. In addition, the telescopic arm is mounted centrally to best channel the resulting forces. Two-sided end position damping supports you in your work.

ENGINE AND DRIVE

Full power for maximum performance.

Stepless driveThe stepless drive of the Fendt Cargo T955 consists of an axial piston adjustment pump, driven directly by the diesel engine. It detects the accelerator pedal position and swivels out depending on the diesel engine speed. Going by the swing angle, it sends hydraulic oil to the travel motor in the CompactDrive transmission, which,

depending on the load, uses it to generate either a high speed (fast driving speed) or a lot of torque (driving on a slope or into crops).
