Public Hunting Area Location
Regional Locator
WMA Overview Location & Size: Calloway & Marshall counties. WMA is 4,044 acres, Kentucky Lake 55,025 acres. Contact: (270) 753-6913 Elevation: minimum 359 feet, maximum 458 feet. Entrance GPS coordinates: Latitude N 36.56329, Longitude W -88.15765 Area Habitat: mostly wetland: open land 4%, forest 39%, wetland 53%, open water 4%.
Directions & Description: WMA consists of islands, mud flats and lowlands at back of bays and a narrow strip along much of Kentucky Lake shoreline. Access by boat and several TVA-access points and rural roads. Fishing and boating on Kentucky Lake. Owned by Tennessee Valley Authority.
