ERIN LANGERUD OPERATIONS MANAGER, BC Erin Langerud has been working in the Environmental Consulting Industry for nearly 15-years. Her focus is on environmental planning, construction and reclamation. Erin has extensive knowledge completing various environmental assessments and technical reports. Through her career she has worked on multiple construction and reclamation projects of various sizes to ensure her clients are within regulatory compliance and to minimize impact to the landscape. For the past 6 years, Erin has been working as a project manager and mentor for junior staff. She is extremely familiar with regulatory requirements as they pertain to the oil and gas industry in British Columbia, and approaches each project with the intent to provide site-specific solutions that are accepted by the regulator and obtainable by the client. K’SHIAN HELFERPROJECT MANAGER

K’Shian brings over a decade of environmental consulting industry experience to the team. She manages projects from the preliminary planning and routing stage and pre-construction site assessments through to remediation and reclamation for final site closure. K’Shian spent a number of years completing and managing Stage I and II Preliminary Site Investigations and reclamation of wellsite projects within NEBC.

LISA JOHNSONARCHAEOLOGY PROJECT MANAGER

Lisa Johnson brings 18-years of experience in project management and conducting field work on Archaeological Impact Assessments (AIA’s) and supporting Indigenous Relations in northeast British Columbia. Lisa has developed and fostered relationships with many of the Indigenous Communities in the area over the years. She has diverse experience across all aspects of Cultural Heritage Resources with a specified focus in regulatory permitting and Indigenous relations coordination. Lisa has a B.A. in Anthropology with a focus on Canadian First Nation Studies. She has managed projects and their regulatory requirements within the Oil and Gas Commission, Canada Energy Regulator and the Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development. Lisa’s previous experience as a Cultural Heritage Resource Officer at the BC Oil and Gas Commission has provided extensive knowledge of the Permitting and Regulatory processes.

CAROLYN INGLISBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Carolyn brings over 10-years of customer experience within the scientific and transactional property spheres. Her degree in Environmental Science from Dalhousie University as well as her experience on the front and back end of the project life cycle lend to a well-rounded, client-focused approach. Carolyn spearheads H3M’s growth and diversity in environmental services across western Canada.
