In most Companies Strategy is separated from Creativity, but Ferreira FASH is Different We have combined logic with emotion, analytic with intuition, numerical with visual and verbal with physical. The most important part of our strategy is ‘TRUST’ where we aim to meet and beat our customers’ expectations, thus, building a charismatic brand. WHO ARE WE? Ferreira FASH is 100% Women Owned retail - Clothing start-up Business, of which 26% of the Shareholding is owned by Black Women - As defined in the BEE Amendment Bill of 2014 (BEE Amendment Act). We sell quality, yet affordable clothing (women, men and kids clothing) as well as shoes and accessories. Our market consists of middle and lower income groups across South Africa. We’ve tested our strategy, from working at ground level, doing the research and going to different place, speaking to consumers - Confidently and at our own costs. We have learnt and will continue to do so, broadening our knowledge by understanding and meeting our markets needs and expectations, and by doing so, we have come to understand our own needs and what is expected of us. Through doing the much needed market research, we have discovered a high buying demand for quality, branded, fashionable clothing; this has given us insight into where and how we purchase our items and who our suppliers are and at prices well below manufacturing costs - see annex for real case scenarios, explaining the process and Acquisition costs of our stock. The price of quality clothing is very costly; most people can’t afford to buy quality branded clothing, so the open accounts, use their credit cards and get stuck in a financial situation that causes a lot of other issues. We are different than other clothing stores, whereby we take fashion to the market ‘A Shop-on-Wheels’. People working in Government and Private sectors don’t have the time or money to get to and from shops; and for many South Africans, clothing i s just too expensive. Yet, people want to look good; looking good makes people feel good and to look and feel good people want to dress in the latest fashion and brand names Why? Because of the quality/reliability and trust they have earned from consumers! That is why OUR approach has made it possible for anyone to be able to afford that “pair of branded jeans” or “shoes” because of our ways of purchasing Quality, handpicked clothing from an unlimited supply chain of suppliers, one major supplier being Households, another being factories all over South Africa. These clothing items are then mended to perfection (if needed), another way we minimize costs, by manufacturing our own clothes locally. By making expensive clothing items available at aggressively reduced prices, whereby people are able to meet the costs without having to deal with disadvantageous consequences for e.g. stress due to accounts unpaid, leaving many in debt. Our key differentiators are Quality branded clothing for below retail prices, unlimited stock to choose from, purchasing our handpicked stock at an average price, unlimited supply chain and we take the store to the people as.

Executive summary: On the 13 February 2014 - Ferreira Fash came to light by means of a unique way of purchasing and selling fashion. In most Companies Strategy is separated from Creativity, but Ferreira FASH is Different – We have combined logic with emotion, analytic with intuition, numerical with visual and verbal with physical. With an average saving to the consumer of 125% + without compromising on quality, or variety, we went all out...not only to match consumer expectations, but to go beyond the norm - Every piece that we sell, clothing or otherwise will not leave our warehouse without the FERREIRA FASH APPROVAL TAG - OUR PROMISE TO THE CUSTOMER. OUR AIM: Firstly: Taking mass quantities of Clothing to large groups of people in a more presentable manner – In order to do this, we thought of mobile vans or “shop on wheels”, as a prerequisite. These mobile stores will be branded on the outside and architecturally designed on the inside with shelves and railings, a card machine, Computer System and cash drops built in, making it a reliable and consistent shop on wheels. With the knowledge and proven ability, we strive to achieve our goal, which is to grow and expand our business all across South Africa showing both social and economic returns on investment (ERI). We strongly believe in our well thought through and tested business strategy - A promising and exciting new way of buying and selling clothing for the future. In the past we have been successful with selling our fashion by using branded gazebo’s, tables and rails and employing sales agents to sell at different points, but our goal is to become a trusted, well known brand name in households all over S.A. Secondly, we strive to create opportunities for rural women in South Africa. Ferreira Fash will be creating skilled jobs for unemployed Black Women in rural areas and supplying top quality and branded clothing to them supporting the Economy as a whole and would like to do this on a large scale. The demand is evident. Our aim is for rural Women to start their own clothing retail businesses, thus can be done through the help of an investors’ interest. A rural women can start her own business by getting a clothing parcel through Ferreira Fash for free for the first 3 times (selling – making money for themselves, coming back for another parcel) a parcel will contain a mixture of women’s, men’s and kiddies clothing, shoes and accessories, worth R1000. This will enable them to sell at their own determination and in their own capacity. Those who achieve great sales will (most certainly) come back the 2nd and third time, after that they buy their fourth parcel worth R1000 or R2000 or R3000 parcels of clothing. With a system based program that captures each entrepreneur, and the parcels bought from Ferreira Fash’ warehouse – Giving young entrepreneurs the chance to be successful by taking full advantage of this opportunity – We would effectively create business owners, whom can then employ others. Thirdly, a warehouse which will be the center point of all clothing (incoming or outgoing), whereby trained employees – (all Women) would be responsible for the day-to-day Operations of all purchased clothing as well as manufacturing clothing and all outgoing clothing (Pick-ups from buyers). There will be different types of training given for the different types of skills required for e.g. Stocktaking and Capturing of clothing items, Maintenance and repairing of clothes, dry cleaning, packaging, scanning and tagging as well as the Manufacturing of clothing (how to work with the machinery). We want to convince a financier or potential investor to fund Ferreira Fash, to help us achieve our goals and expand the success of our business to new heights. Funding is what is needed to take Ferreira Fash to the next levels for job creation to rural women as well as meeting low income customer satisfaction when it comes to buying quality fashionable clothing at affordable prices.
