The new Windows driven Fertigation control program with the new Ethernet controllers are powerful tools for Fertigation management, water recycling and climate control for any size greenhouse operations. These smart controllers are PC based and are accessible via Internet by the grower and also for technical support from anywhere internet is available.

Climate Control Systems Inc. offers a unique measurement and control instrumentation for EC, pH, and water flow meters that have field programmable features to help growers manage the production of greenhouse crops.

Our latest Windows driven programs allow you to work with up to 12 injectors and up to 48 irrigation valves. Various feed formulas can be pre-programed to satisfy various vegetable and flower crops.

The Opto mini computer is the heart of our control system for Irrigation, Fertigation, Lighting, Heating, Cooling, Dehumidification, Boilers, Heaters and much more capabilities.

Each pneumatic injector has adjustable stroke length for precise control of each fertilizer solution injected into the irrigation water line. The calibrated dial allows easy adjustment for 0 to 100% volume displacement.

The computer controls each injector with a pneumatic three way stainless steel air valve. Therefore being capable of mixing any fertilizer feed formula that may be required.

Fertigation Manager ™ The Fertigation Manager ™is a fertilizer injection machine that offers some of the latest point and click computer technology with advanced software and instrumentation.

As a grower, you can depend on these fertilizer programs to irrigate your flower and vegetable crops on a daily basis according to weather conditions.

Fertigation Manager ™ allows the grower to produce excellent flower, vegetable and fruit crops, all with one centralized fertigation machine.

Manage Water and Fertilizer Usage Save money on fertilizer and water usage by treating and recycling the waste irrigation water. Our water recycling program includes a special strategy for collected irrigation water. treating The program allows you to water for condition desired EC and pH before it is sent to the Fertigation Manager ™ for further . A treatmentUV or Ozone treatment system will control bacteria and pathogens in the irrigation water. Consult our technical staff on utilizing these systems with the water recycling program.

One Central Machine for Multiple Crops

Some growers are used to the A+B+C tank mixing system, but these systems are not capable of changing fertilizer recipes on line for different crop requirements. In this mixing system a grower has to manually correct feed formula in the tank before irrigating the crop.

The Fertigation Manager™ uses anywhere from 3 to 12 fertilizer tanks to create many different fertilizer formulas required for multiple crops.

Crop-Growing Made Easy

The uses pneumatic Fertigation Manager ™injectors. In general pneumatics are much more reliable trouble free compared to electrical and driven injectors. It is built to deliver many years of trouble free performance.

The Fertigation Manager ™ is available with 3 to 12, injector per system with water flow rates from 200 LPM to 2,000 LPM. (50 GPM 800 GPM) for drip irrigated crops.
