Installation Instructions:

Tools required:

Test light or multi meter

Possibly a paper clip and small screwdriver if terminals are fed

incorrectly

WARNING: DO NOT TOUCH THE HID BULB WITH BARE HANDS AS THE OIL CAN BURN OUT THE BULB AND IT WILL NOT BE COVERED BY WARRANTY AS IT IS AN INSTALLER ERROR.

1. Unplug existing headlight

2. Hook test light to negative terminal of battery and turn on headlight switch from inside vehicle

3. Find out which terminal has power and confirm it is a good ground on

opposite terminal.

a. To confirm you have a good ground remove test light from the

negative post and put on positive post. Touch to opposite

terminal of factory headlight plug and make sure it lights bright

like it did with terminal of the headlight plug. If it doesn’t light

bright you will need to re-ground.

4. Turn off headlights

5. Connect HID power supply terminals

into plug housing by pulling terminals

through plastic housing depending on

matching power and ground of existing

headlight plug. You will hear a small

click once the terminal is locked into

place.

a. If you accidently install the terminals incorrectly you can use a

paperclip or small screwdriver to extract them from housing by

pushing the center pin with the paper clip and pushing the

terminals out the back side of the housing

WARNING: IF YOU DON’T CONNECT MATCHING POWER &

GROUND TERMINALS AS DIRECTED IN STEPS 3-5, YOU WILL

BURN OUT THE BALLAST AND IT WILL NOT BE COVERED BY

WARRANTY AS IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AN INSTALLER ERROR.

6. Connect completed HID power harness to

factory headlight plug by orienting the

terminals so the retaining clip faces the

center of the plug housing.

7. Remove halogen bulb from casing and replace with HID bulb

8. Plug pre-terminated power supply into ballast. Plugs are male/female

and should be self explanatory.

9. Test for light

a. Turn on headlights

b. If there is no power check back of HID terminal that you

assembled and verify power at that location by methods

mentioned in step 3

c. If you still do not have power call Fesler Inc for assistance 480-748-2009

TIP!

Black = Negative / Red = Positive

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT!

A bad ground could be a loose connection, paint on or around

the terminal or a disconnection from body to motor, etc.
