PRESENTATION

The Haziaraba in the Mapping festival aims to create an exciting and surprising story that transcends simple stage programming to integrate the ENCOUNTER, the CONTEMPLATION and the EXPERIMENTATION.

IT PROPOSES A CONTEMPORARY LOOK to make visible the value of live arts in the construction of the early childhood imaginary.

IT FEATURES INNOVATIVE WAYS and surprising actions to visualize the deep meaning of the bond between this audience and creative languages.

IT DRAW A COLLABORATIVE MAP OF THE TERRITORY that collects past initiatives projecting new realities that will shape the future.

IT SYSTEMATIZES CURRENT CULTURAL POLICIES focused on childhood, generating new perspectives and intervention approaches.

IT GOES BEYOND THE SPECIFIC, aspiring to generate impact and validate changes that are not simple optical illusions but permanent artistic intervention projections for the smallest citizenships and their families.

And above all, IT ASPIRES TO LEAVE A COLLECTIVE MARK with which to promote new editions.

PROPONE UNA MIRADA CONTEMPORÁNEA para visibilizar el valor de las Artes en Vivo en la construcción del imaginario de la Primera Infancia.

PRESENTA FORMAS INNOVADORAS y acciones sorprendentes para visualizar el significado profundo del vínculo entre esta audiencia y los lenguajes creativos.

DIBUJA UNA MAPA COLABORATIVO DEL TERRITORIO que recoge las iniciativas pasadas proyectando nuevas realidades que van a conformar el futuro.

SISTEMATIZA LAS ACTUALES POLÍTICAS CULTURALES enfocadas en la infancia, generando nuevas perspectivas y enfoques de intervención.

TRASCIENDE LO PUNTUAL, aspirando a generar impacto y a validar cambios que no sean simples ilusiones ópticas sino proyecciones de intervención artística permanentes para la ciudadanía más pequeña y sus familias.

Y sobre todo ASPIRA A DEJAR UNA HUELLA COLECTIVA con la que impulsar nuevas ediciones.

CONFERENCIA “CRECER CON LA CULTURA EL VALOR DEL ARTE Y EL JUEGO EN LA PRIMERA INFANCIA

Collective lecture that opens the Festival, showing reflections and

international and local experiences in which early childhood is linked to the

arts in different school, family and cultural contexts.

Createctura project founded by Irene Fernández will raise the potential of

artistic languages in relation to learning spaces, using an approach based on

sustainable development, respect for neurodiversity and the vindication of

the importance of creativity and play.

The IkHezi research group of the UPV – Education and Sports Faculty

through Ainhoa Gómez Pintado, will take us into a research project around

the inhabited facilities created by Teatro Paraíso for interaction with the

families of the EEIIMM of the city.

The Municipal Network of Vitoria-Gasteiz Children’s Schools invites us to

discover, through a small photographic exhibition, about the facilities created

by educators over the last few years.

Teatro Paraíso as a host organization and promoter of the link between the

entities present, will contextualize the projects and lead the dialogue with

the public.

EXHIBITION "THE CHILDREN SPECTATORS"

KUNARTE SPACE – November 6th to December 5th FÉLIX PETITE THEATRE - C.C. IBAIONDO: November 20th-28th GARCÍA LORCA THEATRE - C.C. LAKUA: November 20th-28th SCHEDULE: before and after the organized activities.

This exhibition brings together the creations of 38 artists from 15 countries and is

part of the European MAPPING project. It has been created by “Bologna

Children's Book Fair (Italy), a partner of the project.

The images show the emotions of the young viewers at the moment, at the

instant of scenic observation, while capturing quality images, sounds and words

that nourish their imaginations.

Esta exposición integra creaciones de 38 artistas de 15 países y forma parte del proyecto europeo MAPPING. Ha sido creada por Bologna Children's Book Fair (Italia), socio del proyecto.

Las imágenes muestras las emociones de los pequeños/as espectadores/as en el momento, en el instante de la contemplación escénica, mientras capturan imágenes, sonidos y palabras de calidad para alimentar su imaginación.

A coexistence action between the Teatro Paraíso artistic team and three Early Childhood Education Schools that stand out for their interculturality. The inspirations for this action are the images built from the personal imaginary of both the boys and girls, and the artists. The performance “In the garden / Lorategian” by the Teatro Paraíso

company, acts as a driving force of the residency.

Una acción de convivencia entre el equipo artístico de Teatro Paraíso y tres centros de Educación Infantil que destacan por su interculturali- dad. La inspiración de esta acción son las imágenes construidas a partir del imaginario personal tanto de los niños y niñas, como de los artistas. El espectáculo “En el jardín / Lorategian” de la compañía Teatro Paraíso, ac- túa como impulsor de la residencia.

A meeting that proposes an active involvement of the audience in the scenic

(programmers and artists) and those who accompany the children to the theatre (families and teachers). The goal is to imagine future lines of the territory's scenic

programming for a new audience.

Un encuentro que propone una implicación activa de la audiencia en la programación escénica. Impulsando la reflexión e interacción entre quienes ofrecen los espectáculos (programadores y artistas) y quienes acompañan a los pequeños/as espectadores/as al teatro (familias y profesorado). The wind whistles and it's very cold. The news talks about a great wave of cold weather and snow. It is recommended not to leave the house. The woman is bored and upset, she get engrossed looking out the window and begins to draw on the mist from the window. Among the shadows of the night emerges the silhouette of a dancer that transforms the reflection of the window into a marine cosmos with her blooming arms dancing in the moonlight. The woman is no longer alone at night, her imaginary accompanies her.

Silba el viento y hace mucho frío. Las noticias hablan sobre una gran ola de frío y nieve. Se recomienda no salir de casa. La mujer está aburrida y contrariada, se que da ensimismada mirando por la ventana y empieza a dibujar sobre el vaho de la ventana. Entre las sombras de la noche surge la silueta de una bailarina que trans forma el reflejo de la ventana en un cosmos marino con sus brazos florecientes que bailan a la luz de la luna. La mujer ya no está sola en la noche, su imaginario la acompaña.

A mounting kit opens up an imaginary world for little spectators. Snow-white objects are filling the space. But… wait a minute… is anyone there? In this new universe, two people appear and disappear until the inevitable happens and they find each other. But..., how to play with someone unknown? How to play with someone different from whom we do not know what kind of creature it is? Wait a minute to discover that everyone is who they want to be.

Un mundo imaginario se despliega antes los pequeños espectadores y espectadoras desde un kit de montaje. Objetos blancos como la nieve van llenando el espacio. Pero… espera un minuto… ¿hay alguien ahí. Dos personas apare cen y desaparecen en ese nuevo universo, hasta que sucede lo inevitable y se encuentran. Pero… ¿cómo jugar con alguien desconocido?, ¿con alguien diferente del que no sabemos qué tipo de criatura es? Espera un minuto para descubrir que cada uno es quien quiere ser.

This performance is an invitation to listen to the stories that the forest

whispers to us, to contemplate the beauty of the trees and to discover its

inhabitants. The forest shows us it’s magic and takes us on a poetic journey with the eyes,

ears and heart, accompanied by suggestive images, animated puppets and

surprising sounds.

Immersed in scenic recreation, nature surrounds us and welcomes us.

Este espectáculo es una invitación a escuchar las historias que el bosque nos susurra, a contemplar la belleza de los árboles y a descubrir a sus habitantes. El bosque nos muestra su magia y nos impulsa a un viaje poético con los ojos, los oídos y el corazón, acompañados de imágenes sugerentes, marionetas animadas y sonidos sorprendentes. Inmersos en la recreación escénica, la naturaleza nos rodea y nos acoge.

Früh Stück in German means "breakfast", as the first meal of the day, but it is

also a part of a musical composition. The performance is a poetic breakfast

that is accompanied by a sound creation made up of everyday sounds. This soundscape is built during the performance by the actors, accompanied by the

audience, until a final shared vocal composition is created. Finally, artists and

audience have breakfast together.

Früh Stück significa en alemán “el desayuno”, como primera comida del día, pero también una parte de una composición musical. El espectáculo es un desayuno poético que se acompaña con una creación sonora compuesta con sonidos cotidianos. Este paisaje sonoro se construye durante la representación por los actores, acompañados por la audiencia, hasta crear una composición vocal final compartida. Para finalizar, artistas y público, desayunan juntos.

Three musicians from different musical styles (jazz, classical and ethnic)

combine their creativity to create a sound universe in which children can children can dive into and sail with pleasure. "Kulunka" is a concert, a musical

gift for the smallest spectators, which stimulates their still undiscovered

passion and dive into new worlds of sound.

Haziaraba in the Mapping 2021, it is a Mapping Festival

Mapping. A Map on the Aesthetics of Performing Arts for Early years is a large-scale collaborative project supported by Creative Europe, for the period 2018-2023.

An artistic research project focused on drawing the sensory relationship between boys and girls from 0 to 6 years old and the Performing Arts, a process full of open questions to map the aesthetic dimension and the sensory experience very young children. Exploring the idea of childhood as contemporary of today and not only of the future.

It is developed through a set of actions connected to each other. There are four working groups: Image, Sound, Movement and Word. These inspire common co-production processes and drive the creation of 16 original productions to be presented at the Mapping Festivals. A total of 19 Performing Arts festivals organized in several European cities.

In addition, there are two other lines of exploration: the first focused on the nature of these new audiences and the second on the characteristics of the dramaturgy and direction.

Mapping. Un mapa sobre la estética de las Artes Escénicas para la Primera Infancia es un proyecto de cooperación de gran escala apoyado por Europa Creativa, para el período 2018-2023.

Un proyecto de investigación artística enfocado a dibujar la relación sensorial existente entre los niños y niñas de 0 a 6 años y las Artes Escénicas. Un proceso lleno de preguntas abiertas que han de conducir al mapeo de la dimensión estética y la experiencia sensorial de esta audiencia. Explorando la idea de la infancia como espectadores contemporáneos y no solo del futuro.

Se desarrolla a través de un conjunto de acciones conectadas entre sí. Existen cuatro grupos de trabajo: Imagen, sonido, movimiento y palabra.
