Immerse yourself in the sights, sounds and tastes of the ocean with delicious menus specially created for Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day.

Gasp as Santa emerges at SEA. to bestow gifts on all and enjoy festive frolics. Little ones can explore our Pirate Wonderland as the island transforms for the season. Ring in the New Year in decadent fashion with a gourmet buffet feast on the beach. Watch fireworks light the sky and reflect on the still waters below.

RESERVE YOUR CELEBRATIONSPlease contact your Villa Host to reserve your Christmas Eve Dinner, New Year’s Eve Dinner and all our other festive experiences. Musicians Area 51 provide an upbeat soundtrack to bring in 2017 on New Year’s Eve.

LITTLE ONES Load up on fun for little ones as they wait in anticipation for Christmas Day. Take part in a variety of great activities in our daily programme. We ensure that our Junior VIPS will have a magical Christmas experience at Anantara Kihavah Villas. Speak with our Thiththi Boli kids’ club attendants who will share their festive plans with you.

WEDNESDAY 21 DECEMBERTREE LIGHTING CEREMONYJoin us for a cocktail party as we light the Christmas trees around the island. Toast to the season at a sparkling reception. Enjoy tasty eggnog cocktails served with a Maldivian twist.

SATURDAY 24 DECEMBERCHRISTMAS COCKTAILS WITH THE ATOLL ANGELS CHOIRNo sleigh bells but plenty of cheer, raise a cocktail by the pool at our Christmas Eve party. Sing along to your favourite carols with our Atoll Angels Choir.

SUNDAY 25 DECEMBERSANTA’S ARRIVAL TO SEAFrom his frozen abode to a Maldivian pirate lair, Santa Claus returns to SEA. Gasp as Santa appears from the midst of our house reef. Young and old can share in the festive spread of sweets, fruit punch, mocktails and gingerbread cookies created by our team of festive pastry elves.

SANTA’S MALDIVIAN PIRATE LANDJoin our kids’ club staff to welcome Santa and friends as he celebrates another Christmas extravaganza. Slide around in the sand and step inside Santa’s boots when you visit his gingerbread house. Take a walk through the enchanted coconut grove and enjoy a fun game of sandballs. Hitch a ride on a buggy and go on a treasure hunt before meeting Santa around the pool.

NEW YEAR’S EVE ‘SEA WORLD’ GALA EVENTSoak up the joy of New Year’s Eve in the heart of Baa Atoll. Feast on culinary masterpieces with the best local seafood and an array of festive classics. Sample tantalising favourites from cooking stations on the beach.
