Tres características que distinguen el panel NEOPLAK: Planicidad, ligereza y resistencia al fuego. Tres características que hacen que el panel se adapte a las máximas exigencias de seguridad contra el fuego que marca el Código Técnico de la Edifi cación. Las prestaciones del núcleo mineral responden a los requerimientos para seguridad en caso de incendio con referencia a revestimiento y envolventes de fachadas en sus diferentes sistemas de montaje.

COMPOSICIÓN DEL PRODUCTO

NEOPLAK es un producto basado en un panel composite de aluminio con núcleo mineral recubierto con pvc apto para arquitectura, decoración y diversas aplicaciones industriales, tanto en el interior como en el exterior. Transmite tanto la calidez y textura de la madera como la frialdad y dureza de los metales, con las ventajas propias de los paneles LARSON®, que destacan por la planimetría del producto.

La textura exterior se compone de un folio decorativo de alta calidad y resistencia a la intemperie. Con un tratamiento de color que refl eja el 80% de la radiación de la luz solar y reduce el calentamiento de la superfi cie, prolonga así su vida útil.

El panel facilita la realización de acabados a partir de una sola pieza, gracias a la posibilidad de transformación y posterior plegado de la misma. Eliminando así entrecalles innecesarias y permitiendo la obtención de fachadas ligeras arquitectónicas, ventiladas o estancas, según las características de cada edifi cio.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

NEOPLAK is a product based on a composite aluminium panel with mineral core coated with pvc suitable for architectural, decorative and various industrial applications, both indoors and outdoors. It conveys both warmth and texture of wood as the coldness and hardness of metals, with the characteristic benefi ts of the LARSON® panels, distinguished by the fl atness of the product.

The outside texture consists of a decorative sheet of high quality and resistance to weathering. With a treatment of colour that refl ects 80% of solar radiation and reduces the heating of the surface, so prolongs its useful life.

The panel facilitates the realization of fi nished from a single piece, with the possibility of transformation and subsequent folding of the same, eliminating unnecessary quirks. Allowing the collection of architectural curtain walls, ventilated or sealed, according to the characteristics of each building.

>> Mayor estética y calidad Nuestros paneles permiten su adaptabilidad a cualquier tipo de proyecto. Admiten el plegado, curvado y perforado. Aunado con la amplia gama de acabados complementa la versatilidad de cualquier producto.

>> Mayor aislamiento térmico y acústico Con una fachada ventilada se evitan puentes térmicos y acústicos, mejorando la impermeabilidad e incluso la traspiración. La fachada puede conllevar más del 50% de las pérdidas energéticas de un edifi cio que, bien aislado, puede generar un ahorro del 50% del consumo en calefacción y refrigeración.

ADVANTAGES >> Low maintenance of facadesThe panels just need a cleaning with water and neutral soap to look like the fi rst day. Do not use acidic or abrasive products that can abrade the acrylic protection layer by defacing the colour and may even lead the delamination of the PVC coat.

>> Greater thermal and acoustic insulation With a ventilated façade, thermal and acoustic bridges are avoided, improving waterproofi ng and even perspiration. The façade can carry more than 50% of the energy losses of a building that, isolated, can generate a saving of 50% of the consumption in heating and cooling.
