Our business is to produce and to market safety footwear in compliance with CE EN20345 standards. We can manage the whole production process necessary for the shoes manufacturing. Thanks to a 15.000 sm production builiding, more than 400 staff members and efficient production lines, we are able to produce various kind of high quality safety footwear with PU/PU, PU/TPU and PU/rubber soles. All our products meet European (CE EN20345) and American (ASTM F2413-05) safety standards. Our production capacity is about 4.000 pairs of shoes par day (about 1.5 milion of pairs yearly), exported in more than 15 countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Our main customers are manufacturers and distributors of safety footwear, that are disposed to find out a valuable and effective supplier, able to make high quality products and to offer competitive prices. From a fixed quantity, all the safety shoes can be customized with customer’s own mark and logo. Furthermore all the shoes can be produced according to safety class SB, S1, S1P, S2 and S3. We are able to manage the purchase orders and to deliver the goods directly to our customer’s warehouses.

SB Basic protection requirements Minimum crushing resistance of the toe cap of 200J, resistant to abrasion and tear, inner textile able to absorb the sweat, the shoe must mould itself to the foot, all the materials must favour the transpiration, the sole must be non-slip and it must not loose adherence in presence of liquid materials and be oil resistant..
