•Above vibrators with are “SELF-LOCKING” type with the help of Pneumatic pressure of 4 to 6 kg/cm2.
•System not only facilitates quick mounting / dismantling but also enables easy regulations of vibrations; further noise factor is extremely less in comparison to electro magnetic units.
•Avoids Tapping on bins and accelerates smooth flow/discharge of the material
•Requirement of air pressure 6 kg/cm2, Qty approx ½ to 1 CFM.

Lump / Bridge Breaker system for Rigid IBC:
Working Principle: Principle of magnetism. Magnetic masses, located in theinternal and external belt of the IBC, provide a substantial tangential force for the actuation. Design conceived to improve the descent of non free flowing product and it is designed to break eventual lumps and bridges and thus simplify the gravitational flow of the product.

THE WORLD OF BULK SOLIDS HANDLING
• Expensive Material Handling Technology
• Difficultly in discharging of dense(heavy ) materials
• Clogging of the Discharge especially for wet cake materials
• Containment /Dust Free operation not possible• Open system during preparing and removal after discharge• • Cleaning & Validation Cost involved
• Logistics
Empty IBC consumes sizable storage area
