This modified version—the “Mini” Double Roll Rim—is the same in every way—except it is a little less than half the height of the standard Double Roll Rim Planter. Palmetto Planters offers finishes that range from smooth gel-coat finishes in both matte and glossy to textured finishes in smooth, fine, medium and coarse as well as metallic finishes in a variety of colors. For a period of one year from date of shipment, Palmetto Planters, LLC ("Palmetto") warrants to the original buyer that all products

manufactured by Palmetto shall be free from defects in material and workmanship. If within one year from shipment any Palmetto

product is found to have been defective in material or workmanship when shipped, and within said period buyer notifies Palmetto in

writing specifically describing the alleged defect, such defective product shall, at Palmetto's option, either be repaired or replaced by

Palmetto, F.O.B. Fort Valley, GA, or Palmetto shall refund the purchase price. If Palmetto elects to repair or replace the product, buy-

er shall promptly ship the goods to Palmetto at buyer's expense. In any and all events, buyer's remedies shall consist exclusively

and solely of those above stated. Palmetto shall have no liability to buyer for any indirect or consequential damages or injury

resulting from any defective or nonconforming products. PALMETTO DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED

OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR USE BY
