FiberGRATING carries gritted plate structural floor panels as well as covered gratings. Stair solutions include stair tread panels for industrial and commercial use, covered stair treads for architectural applications and stair tread covers for existing stairways. Fibergrate’s complete line of moulded products and turnkey services offers a variety of solutions for most applications.

FiberPH grating is an alternative to maintenance-intensive metallic grating for applications where conventional pultruded grating cannot be used. FiberPH can withstand high temperatures and direct flame while maintaining its structural integrity. The feature makes the grating ideal for a wide range of offshore, marine, transportation and industrial applications. Fibergrate’s flame resistant phenolic pultruded grating is US Coastguard Approved for Level 2 performance criteria.

Fibergrate’s platforms are versatile enough to solve many of the day-to-day needs of most facilities. Whether you need a platform for a retaining wall or a walkover for a tank, Fibergrate’s pre-engineered solution is available in a variety of heights that address most standard clearances below the walkover, and will save you time and money. Traditional material options such as heavy, expensive steel or stainless steel platforms are often unsafe, costly to ship and install, and difficult to clean.

Description:

Combining corrosion resistance, long life and a low-maintenance design, FiberSPAN pultruded grating is superior to conventional metallic gratings. This advanced grating is manufactured with a recessed tie bar configuration and is lightweight and easy to fabricate. FiberSPAN is designed for use in a wide range of industrial applications that require strength and corrosion resistance.

Manufactured with 65% of glass within the laminate, pultruded grating provides durability, extremely high unidirectional strength and stiffness. Due to its exceptional stiffness, it can be used with confidence where wide support spans are required. For most a pplications where it is used to replace steel grating, pultruded industrial grating rarely requires additional support. Combining its low cost of installation with low-maintenance and long life, it offers a life cycle cost that is significantly lower than than that of its metal counterpart.

The Fibergrate line includes high load capacity grating for vehicular loads, industrial grating for standard industrial loads and pedestrian grating for pedestrian traffic. Specially designed gratings for industrial traffic in the recreation industry are also available. Fibergrate’s complete line of pultruded products offers a variety of solutions for most applications.

Description:

FiberRAIL provides the look and performance of a custom made handrail system in an easily assembled, cost effective package. FiberRAIL is expertly engineered to use the fewest number of handrail components of any system available facilitating an easier, faster installation.

Posts are pre-routed to accept continuous rails, eliminating the need for extra pieces to connect rails to posts.

In addition, Fibergrate can also offer a full range of key-clamp style composite handrail products offering a full range of connections to allow on-site tailoring of the frames.

Fibergrate has the capability to turnkey (design, manufacture, fabricate and install) a wide range of handrail projects, from the smallest platform to the largest complex structures.

Description:

The innovative FiberSTEP fibreglass-reinforced plastic (GRP) safety ladder and cage system is designed with ref. to BS5395 part 3. The safety cage is ready for field assembly with pre drilled hoops for fast and easy attachment to the ladder and vertical safety bars.

Ladders may be ordered with or without safety cage kits. Ladders include heavily ribbed flutes for slip resistant footholds.

Standard FiberSTEP ladders and cages are manufactured with yellow pultruded structural shapes, creating a lightweight ladder system offering long life and low maintenance service. Walkthrough sections at the top of ladders can also be fitted with a self-closing gate.

Description:

Solid top and open mesh trench covers suitable for general Pedestrian Access of 5kn/m2 and Vehicle access up to 11.5T. Specified by the UK’s leading Utility/Power Companies and tested to meet A15, B125 and C250 loading requirements.

FiberCOVERS are lightweight, corrosion resistant, non-conductive and maintenance free. Fibergrate can also offer a range of pultruded interlocking deck and slab panels.

Thanks to our in-house design and fabrication capabilities, Fibergrate can tailor the covers to suit any trenching layout. If any on-site alteration is required, then our products are very easy to cut on site compared to their metallic or concrete equivalents.

Description:

The new FiberTRENCH adjustable width trenching unit (patent application no 1401475.7) comes in three parts; base plate and two side panels. This allows for the 350mm deep trench unit to be assembled as the desired width, up to a maximum of 1200mm, drastically reducing the space required for both transport and site storage.

Installation can be expected to be in the region of one fifth of the time needed for pre-cast concrete installations. The units can be easily cut on site and adapted in-situ to suit any specific site conditions or changes.
