All of the stethoscopes designed by Spenglerare equipped with the Spengler "HighFidelity"acoustical diaphragm made of epoxy resin.This diaphragm of great sensitivity amplifieswithout distorting the physiological soundsof both low and high frequencies. "HighFidelity" tuneable diaphragm made of epoxyresin fits out Magister®, Cardio Sonic® andCardio Prestige® models. The inner spring is insulated from the sound

transmission circuit in order to make betterpropagation of sound waves and eliminatesound disturbances. Double-pipe Y tubingfits out Cardio Sonic® and Cardio Prestige®models, for a high fidelity "stereophonic"sound. Spengler proposes a complete rangeof stethoscopes, from the "cardiology" modelto the "paramedical", which covers the fullspectrum of auscultation (heart, vascular,lungs and joints).
