2nd Stage Shaker/Agitator All models (except the Dasher Pro) now feature the exclusive, patent-pending, spring-loaded. 2nd stage shaker/agitator, which vibrates the housing. This provides improved material flow and minimizes air cavities and material-caking due to moisture.

“Sweet Spot” Flow Control System All models (except the Dasher Pro) feature the newly redesigned exclusive, patent-pending, Flow Control System, which incorporates a main control lever with the unique “Sweet Spot” flow dial, providing infinite adjustment over the amount of lining material being dispensed. Achieve complete control! Adjust from a thin dusting to a thick heavy line regardless of the brand, type of material, or humidity outside! The two stage systems include an easy-to-reach, fingertip control lever featuring 3-position settings to change between off, 2”, and 4” lines without bending over. The patent-pending “Sweet Spot” flow dial rotates to either increase or restrict the size of the bottom opening. “Dial” in the perfect line! When you’re finished lining simply move the control lever to the off position and your preferred flow rate is saved for the next use.

Height-Adjustable Handles All models (except the Dasher Pro) now feature a telescopic, height-adjustable handle for maximum user comfort. Three position settings adjust from 37”, 39” and 41” operating heights.

Pneumatic Wheels All models now feature 10” dia. X 4” wide industrial grade, pneumatic wheels with steel rims and iolite bearings. These new wheels provide maximum traction in wet and uneven terrain, and minimal rolling resistance.

STACKHOUSE LINERS All Stackhouse liners feature a liner body designed so that its wedge shape ensures a constant flow of chalk to the bottom of the liner. The metal bodies are heavy duty, 20 gauge steel body with an attractive blue enamel finish. Our liner gut, which is driven by the liner wheel ensures a constant flow of chalk. A fingertip control allows you to adjust the thickness of your line and control shut-off of chalk.
