Fiery proServer and Fiery XF 7 Professional Certification Software Simulation Evaluation Guide

Welcome! This document is a companion guide, intended to be used in conjunction with the Fiery proServer and Fiery XF 7 Software Simulation Evaluation Modules that are part of the Fiery proServer and Fiery XF 7 Professional Certification program. This guide contains instructions for each of the individual 16 software modules. Completing these modules will not only complete the certification process but will also provide you with hands-on experience in configuring and using the Fiery proServer and Fiery XF 7 system interface and help build your confidence level. It is recommended that you complete each module in the order that they are presented. As you complete each step in the individual simulation module, the interface will automatically advance and await your input for the next step. If your input is incorrect, the system will simply not advance, allowing you to try again. If you perform a step incorrectly, you will not be required to start the module over from the beginning but, instead, simply make the correct decision and then move on. If a specific step requires you to enter data, the data must be entered exactly as indicated in this guide. In addition, although this is not required when working on a live Fiery proServer or Fiery XF 7 system, for the simulation to function properly, after you enter data you must press enter on your keyboard to advance to the next step. We hope that you enjoy the experience of working with the software simulation modules and we are confident that they will help you to become more proficient in working with your own Fiery proServer and Fiery XF 7 system. Begin now with module 1, Licensing your Fiery XF server. Good luck!
