• Involved with the producability of the unit during the design phase

• Works on proposals for new programs• Responsible for cost account managing and

maintaining Supplier and Cost Performance Index• Make sure program stays on schedule and ships on

time• Works in a team with QE, Test Engineers, Reliability

Engineer, Program manager, etc.• Coordinates manpower required for production build,

and manages assemblers and technicians to make sure they’re doing their job well

• Travel to suppliers to solve issues and inspect first article hardware

• Provide refresher training on procedures for engineers and technicians
