The Slim Line pail filler, also known as type 4, is a filler that is cost effective and is able to fill cans and pails with a maximum quantity of 60 kilograms. This Slim Line filler is made of stainless steel with a mentality of using a simple approach in design. It is built with Feige’s ingenious modular system and provides all the basic features required for gravimetric filler.

This ingenious modular system offer updatability options where many other accessories from Feige can be added into it effortlessly. The Plug and Fill pail / can filling station, also known as type 14, is a filler where empty pails are placed at the station and is filled automatically with quantity of up to 60 kilograms. This system is suitable for zone 1 hazardous area.

Hazardous areas are classified into Zone 0, Zone 1 and Zone 2 according to the chance that a flammable concentration of substance may exist. Zone 1 is defined as a flammable concentration of substance is likely to be present under normal operating conditions or may occur often due to repair, leakage or maintenance activities. For quantity larger than 60 kilograms, the type 19 version is available to support a maximum quantity of 300 kilograms.

The can filler, also known as type OC, is an automated filler that is able to fill cans with a maximum quantity of 40 kilograms. It can be deployed to fill below level, above level or even below bunghole. It is modular designed such that various operating processes can be automated with the system.

For example, cans can be fed into the system one at a time. De-bunging and re-bunging of cans are available. Cap sealing of cans, labeling and palletizing can be integrated into the system. Most importantly, it is able to meet the W&M approved filling standards.
