All these films are being released during the festive holiday of Christmas. As the children are off school they will most probably want to go to the cinema and therefore distributors bring out films during these times thinking that it will make them more popular and making a lot of them into 3D films increases the chance of them receiving more money as it costs more to view films in 3D.
