PRODUCTION - FILMING DAY2/12/12

Last week we planned to shoot the majority of our video on Sunday 2/12/12 and luckily we managed to organise ourselves so that we could stick to this plan.

Today we went out filming in the main locations that will feature in our MV.

As Ella can drive she was able to pick us up and drive us to all the locations, this helped the day run smoothly as we could get to the places quicker and we could also carry all our equipment in the boot.

We began the day in Richmond Park and luckily for us the weather, although cold, was very bright and sunny which meant our footage came out really well.

We all worked well together (including our actors, who did a great job). The whole day ran a lot smoother than I anticipated!

Within Richmond Park we filmed in different areas as there is many scenic places there that are perfect for our video.

What went well...-Communication between the 3 of us was great and we had no arguments or disagreements.-Our actors did exactly as we hoped they would and even joined discussions on what we should do.-We achieved all the shots that we storyboarded as well as additional ideas that came into our heads once we got to the locations.-The footage that we shot turned out very well.

What didn't go so well...-It was very cold so we were freezing as all our locations were outside.-By the end of the day we ran out of memory on our SD card (luckily we had filmed everything we wanted to).

Other than this there are not many other negative things to say!

What still needs to be done...-We still need to film one of our scenes at Malory's house, this will be done on 4/12/12.

-Upload all the footage into Final Cut.

We all feel that our day was very productive and successful and we feel we have achieved a lot and can now really focus on editing the footage as well as we possibly can!
