Cleaner Air with FilTek XL FiltersThe FilTek XL filter’s higher MERVrating means unrivaled filteringperformance.Filters are rated on a MERV scale, whichmeasures filter efficiency based on particle

count. MERV ratings range from 1–16, with16 being the best at filtering small particles—such as those found in weld fumes. The vastmajority of weld fumes are less than onemicron in diameter, or roughly 1/100th thewidth of a human hair.
