sTage 1: analyseWe discuss your project with you by investing the time to truly understand what it is you need to achieve. From this point, we are able to review those needs and use our expertise, in conjunction with our technology partners, to customise a solution.

sTage 2: recOmmendWe develop a clearly defi ned scope of project, recommendation of equipment, partners and processes to match your requirement. Comtec IPE engineers can be utilised to assist with product design and development best suited to the application. Understanding today that fi nancial factors are important, we will also develop a price justifi cation model, and can assist providing fi nancing for the project, if required.

sTage 3: imPlemenTWhen you engage Comtec IPE, we ensure the project management meets the requirements as they are detailed in the scope of supply. From an experienced project manager, scope of work documentation, drawings, layouts, total integration responsibility, timeline management, staging & testing, installation & commissioning, training, manuals and

documentation, product verifi cation & sign off.
