We believe that the only way to get a job done right, is with the right people. We practice this by putting every potential candidate through several rounds of interviews and a probationary period of employment before we welcome them onto the crew.

We believe that a crew member is only as good as the preparation they are given, so we ensure that every staff member who joins the crew receives comprehensive training.

We begin with our “Merchandising Pocket Guide” so no crew member is ever on site without our policies and procedures. This pocket guide was developed in conjunction with the onboarding training for the major FMCG national retailers.

We ensure that our crew complete hands on training with one of our state managers or team leaders before being sent into the field solo.

For each job that we take on, we develop comprehensive training tailored to the task. Sometimes this involves one on one training with crew members and state managers, or sometimes it will be a web-based multimedia training session. We like to ensure that the training suits the job, so no one gets left behind and we can deliver on our promise to the client.

We don’t believe in a pen and paper approach when we can make things faster, simpler and more effective by investing in technology. That’s why we developed time-lapse reporting, to give you documented coverage of store re-fits, refurbishments or planogram re-development.
