The scheduled starting time of the course determines the exam time. (Except when one exam time is scheduled for all sections of a course.) When a course is entirely a laboratory, the first hour of

meeting determines the examination period. In the case of a lecture and a laboratory or discussion section, the lecture hour determines the exam period. Final exams are held in the rooms where classes regularly meet. The instructor schedules exams for classes that begin after 5:00 p.m. Students who have more than two final exams scheduled on the same day may contact their College/School Dean and request that their exam schedule be changed.
