HYDRESS® Hydrogel Wound Dressing facilitates the wound healing process by maintaining

a moist wound environment and promoting autolytic debridement. The sterile dressing is designed

to be non-adherent to the wound bed for easy, atraumatic removal during dressing changes.

HYDRESS® Hydrogel Wound Dressing is intended for use on dry to lightly exuding wounds.

Skin ulcers (leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers)I Minor wounds (superficial wounds, skin tears, donor sites)I Scrapes (abrasions)

Directions for Use*Hydrogel Wound Dressing should be applied directly to the wound and covered with an appropriate

secondary dressing. HYDRESS® dressing should completely cover the wound bed and can be cut if necessary.

For dry to low exuding wounds:

I Cleanse wound prior to HYDRESS® dressing applicationI Remove and discard blue release liner from dressingI

Apply HYDRESS® dressing directly to wound with gel side downI Cover with an appropriate secondary dressing to maintain a moist wound environment

HYDRESS® dressing change frequency depends on the amount of exudate present and the condition of 

the wound. If dressing should dry on wound, moisten with water or saline before removing.
