The building chosen for the new Prosperity Candle Company offi ces are found on the corner of 11th St & Monroe St NW in Washington, D.C. The location will encourage bike, walking, and public transportation due to the amount of nearby restaurants, bus stops, and banks nearby.

Porous Pavement will be used in the back parking lot to infi ltrate the runoff water back into the soil.Solar Panels will be placed strategically and facing the south side of the building to save energy.A Green Roof will be created as an extra space for employees and a protectant roofi ng layer that will better the overall surrounding environment.
