Deadlines

• Final Report Submission– 30. 09. 2012– 31. 08. 2012 (our internal project deadline)

• Financial deadlines– All expenses must be spent by the end of July !!– In case of contracts or invoices – you can pay for

them at the beginning of August but they must be related to the project period (e.g. Contract must be signed in July and the work you are pay for „officially“ undertaken in July as well).

Structure of the Report – part 01

• Electronic report in PDF– You will get this report from your NA in July– There will be datas from the Application Form– You should inform your NA about project changes =

Polish Partner rejection – Report can be filled out in national language– Report consists of 2 parts:

• Common part (we recommend to write it together in EN• Individual part (everybody by himself in national language
