BRANDING

Løkka is selling handcrafted quality jewellery and accessories.

We are going to help the Norwegian people out of their habits of only

dressing in black and white. By making colorful jewellery, inspired by

techniques and colours from all over the world. We want to reach out

to urban youths that need to add some excitement and interest to

their outfit and day.

Løkka is a Norwgian word, meaning noose or knot. The same thing

you do when you are making macramé. It is also slang for Grünerløkka,

a district in Oslo, the capital of Norway. Grünerløkka is a very hip and

cultural place and it is very popular to live there. It is also a colorful

place, with a lot of different cultures and people, such as graffiti and

street art.

WHY LØKKA?

Our target audience is young females between 15 and 25 years old.

They live in Norway and love travelling and experiencing other cultures.

The target audience has a Scandinavian way of dressing (meaning

usually black/white/grey) but they are open to experimenting with

other outfits inspired by other cultures.

CAUSE RELATED MARKETING

Fight for the Reef was established two years ago. Since then they have

implemented several measures. Such as helped to secure a ban on

capital dredge spoil dumping in the Great Barrier Reef World Heritage

Area, protect untouched parts of the Reef coast like the Fitzroy Delta

and Cape York from new port developments, stop three mega coal

port expansions and ensure the World Heritage Committee keeps

the Australian Government ‘on probation’ until Reef health improves.

Introducing:

ADOPT A CLOWNFISH

The Great Barrier Reef is bleaching, and can make a lot of creatures

homeless. By adopting a clownfish you help us raising money to save

the reef from dying out. Or at least you give them a place to stay

if this were to come true. In collaboration with Løkka, Fight for the

Reef now launch the campaign #Adoptaclowfisn. The purpose of the

campaign is to raise money by enlisting clownfish sponsors.

become a monthly giver. Purchase products from The Ocean

Løkkas products are all about colours. In conjunction with

#adoptaclownfish Løkka launch their newest collection; The Ocean

Collection. As well as getting an exclusive handcrafted piece you get

a virtual symbolic adoption of a clownfish. All of the money from The

Ocean Collection goes to the campaign.
