These skills are the foundation of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), a compassionate evidence based approach. THE CIRCLE is unique in that we teach concrete and proven DBT strategies in a supportive group setting. Both parent and child benefit from learning strategies and a common language that will improve emotion regulation, attention, communication and relationships.
