PT Raid is a company that has a very modern characteristics. with products that make healthy people shows that these companies always want to give the difference between other companies in terms of both vision and mission to create a new breakthrough. Companies make products that are healthy because of a disease or disorder that often occurs in the present. With products that are creative and innovative society is not only healthy but also like the products of these companies because the model is very attractive. The name of the "raid" itself has the meaning of "without warning, make a sudden surprise" that the healthy products that will enter the market and surprise the public.
We choose red cross for the background because the red cross means an international organization that cares for the wounded, sick, and homeless in wartime, according to the terms of the Geneva Convention of 1864, and now also during and
following natural disasters and for our product red means impression symbolizes energy , strength , fame , passion , courage , a symbol of fire , risk , love , struggle , danger , speed , heat , violence that can be related with for fight disease.

Shooting star symbolizes a brief fleeting moment in ones life just like the brief wonder of seeing a shooting star race across the night sky. They can also be a symbol of reaching ones ultimate destiny. Some cultures have always had strong beliefs and superstitions in the meaning of shooting stars. Traditionally shooting stars also meant "a new birth" and "changes in ones life." Also "a wish for a better life."

Type of Product : BACKPACKBackpacks is the most comfort and top selling bag in the world. A lot of
people using backpacks this time from kindergarten – professional. They choose backpacks as their bag because we can put a lot of things inside the bag. But, they have a disadvantage. Now a days children using backpacks to go to school and they bring a lot of books. This is not good for our children because it can delay the physical growth and injure the backbone . So we invited the backpacks that light weight and not injure the backbone.
Name of Product : T-BACKT-back is ‘Tonggong-Backpack”. It’s a combination of two languages
which is “T” for Tonggong is Sunda language (one of Indonesia local language) which in English it’s mean back and in Indonesia it call ”punggung”. We used Sunda language in this product because this product is originally made in Indonesia and Sunda is one of the strongest culture in Indonesia and because we want something more unique. Another reason

we used T because if the backpack we flip over and we will see T letter from the back of the backpack. “Back” for backpack is English. So, if this two combined it’s mean this backpack is used to help restore our body posture because this backpack is already design for human bone and suitable with our bone which is light so it will not damage our bone.
THE LOGO
The first one in this logo there is an icon of our brand that is backbone structure (skeleton). This icon remind us that our speciality are not damaging the backbone and prevent incorrect position of bone. We use the black background in the letter T and the bone structure because the meaning is to protect, and we put the T in the background because it is stand for Tonggong means punggung in bahasa. We use the white color in the letter T and bone structure because the meaning is simple and perfect the back letter we using the black color strength of our product.
Price of Product : START 399.000-899.000T-back is our newest product and this product is very
beneficial for the health of the initial price range we sell at a price 399000-899000. This price is the price promotion because we still want to introduce this new product. the price we offer is very affordable, especially for parents who are concerned with the health of the child and the upper middle class. tback is perfect because our products are deliberately designed to make the health of children or students who are still attending school. So this is the good price for the good body.

TOPIC 2 :OBJECTIVE
T-back product has an objective to reach the goal in terms of both sales and earn the trust of the public to this product. Objective of these product is divided into 3 phases:
1. Aim: the aim function is to create understanding about T-back to the public.
2. Strategic objective: to create understanding about T-back by 40% of Jakarta population by social grade middle up in the end of July 2014.
3. Tactical objective: a specific action step required to teliver on a strategy in order to create understanding to public. The action will be like:
Cooperate with every store of chiropractic so we can sell our product in their store.
Put advertisement in printed and electronic media. Open an exhibition in the middle up class mall that give seminar about
how important to maintain our backbone posture. Make an interesting and also educational game for the children like
treasure hunting.

Raid Company will launch a new product with new innovation. T-back a new
revolutionary of backpack. The T-back launch because a lot of people
especially student now a days they bring heavy things in their backpack, so
the Raid company make a backpack that will prevent and maintain a good
backbone structure. The launch of the product will be on 30th – 31st May and
1st June 2014 at Pullman Hotel Central Park, West Jakarta. The Raid
Company will invite a doctor and give education about the T-back that related
bone structure in launching.
Lionel Aprico as a founder of T-back said “a lot of people using backpacks as
their bag because we can put a lot of things inside the bag. But, they have a
disadvantage”. Now a days children using backpacks to go to school and they
bring a lot of books. This is not good for our children because it can delay the
physical growth and injure the backbone structure. He added: “So i invited the
backpacks that light weight and not injure the backbone.”
The T-back come to the market with a concern to health bone so they have a
tagline “Back for Life” that’s mean backbone is the vital part of our body. The
specialty of the backpack is the support back cushion at the back that’s
maintain the bone structure in a good position and make the bag more -

We chose some of the media to introduce the product T-back through radio, TV, magazines and newspapers. Because with this medium T-back would certainly know a lot of people directly and more effectively. Our aim advertise with the media or advertising:

Backpack is that we produce under the name T-back very useful for children's health. We created this backpack so that the children do not overly burden using a backpack when worn, we make the backpack lighter and influential for children's bone health as well. Benefit from our T-backs are:
1. T-back made from light weight that does not add to the child (for example, even though the leather backpack look cool, but they are heavier than a backpack made from canvas as usual)
2. Two shoulder straps are wide and padded shoulder straps that can suppress the small shoulder
3. T-back with the rear of the tender not only provide more comfort, but also protects the child from possible sharp punctured part of the luggage (pencils, rulers, books, etc.) that is in a backpack

TOPIC 7 :ENTERTAINER RIDERS
1. Dr. Ryan Thamrin
Pembicara/ Ahli Rp. 45.000.000,00++ / Jam
A. Reservasi untuk perform dr. Ryan Thamrin dilakukan minimal 1 minggu sebelum acara dilaksanakan. Fee penampilan dr. Ryan Thamrin seperti yang tertera di kontrak. Durasi maksimum 2 (dua) jam (termasuk acara ramah tamah dan photo session).Akomodasi, transportasi, konsumsi dan airport tax ditanggung penyelenggara. Penyelenggara wajib untuk menyerahkan proposal/surat penyelengaraan dan rundown acara selambat-lambatnya 30 (tiga puluh) hari sebelum tanggal pelaksanaan acara beserta booking fee sebesar 50% dari total nilai kontrak. Pihak Transcorp Talent Management akan memberikan pernyataan kesediaan untuk berpartisipasi dalam acara yang diselenggarakan oleh penyelenggara setelah ada kesesuaian jadwal. Booking fee tidak dapat dikembalikan dalam kondisi apapun. Pelunasan fee dilakukan minimal 2 (dua) hari sebelum acara (H-2). Jika tidak, maka booking fee (down payment) dianggap hangus.
B. Hal hal yang perlu diperhatikan saat penampilan dr. Ryan Thamrin:
a. Presentasi/penampilan dr. Ryan Thamrin tidak dapat disiarkan oleh televisi nasional maupun lokal selain Trans TV (kecuali atas izin Transcorp Talent Management).
b. Peliputan/pemberitaan saat acara harus dikoordinasikan dengan Transcorp Talent Management.
c. Jika ada acara diluar acara yang tertera di kontrak, harus sepengetahuan dan seizin Transcorp Talent Management.
d. dr . Ryan Thamrin tidak diperbolehkan untuk memakai atribut partai atau sponsorship kecuali endorsement.
e. Waktu presentasi/penampilan tidak diantara atau terpotong waktu Sholat/Adzan.
C. Travel PartyJumlah personil dr. Ryan Thamrin & team adalah 3 (tiga) orang, yang terdiri dari : 1. Dr. Ryan Thamrin – Dr. OZ2. Astri Danuantari - Personal Manager3. Nurul Ellysa – Personal Assistant

D. AkomodasiPanitia penyelenggara menyediakan kamar hotel sesuai dengan kebutuhan,2 Kamar (satu kamar jenis single bed, dan satu kamar jenis Twin bed) untuk 3 (Tiga) orang. Kamar satu tingkat diatas jenis standard dalam satu lantai dan berdekatan (Bila diluar Jakarta). Hotel yang disediakan minimal bintang 4 (Empat) atau yang terbaik di wilayah acara diselenggarakan.
E. KonsumsiPanitia penyelenggara wajib menyediakan konsumsi kepada dr. Ryan Thamrin dan Team berupa makanan utama (lengkap) dan makanan ringan (diutamakan Aqua dan buah-buahan segar), bersih dan higienis pada setiap jam makan Atau Panitia pelenggara menyediakan uang makan sebesar Rp 200.000,-per orang/kali makan
F. Transportasia. Penyelenggara wajib menyediakan tiket sesuai dengan
kebutuhan, Ticket Pesawat terbang Garuda (Pulang - Pergi) dari Jakarta ke kota pertunjukan, dan atau tiket kereta api dengan kelas terbaik apabila daerah tempat terselenggaranya acara tidak termasuk dalam daerah tujuan Garuda Indonesia.
b. Panitia wajib menyediakan airport tax (Pulang – Pergi) untuk seluruh travel party
c. Menyiapkan transportasi lokal (minimal satu mobil Toyota Innova dan sekelasnya) yang hanya dipakai oleh dr. Ryan Thamrin dan Team dimulai dari penjemputan dari bandara atau stasiun kereta. (Bila diluar Jakarta).
G. Ruang Tunggu dr. Ryan ThamrinPanitia penyelenggara wajib untuk menyediakan ruang tunggu untuk dr. Ryan Thamrin beserta team dengan ketentuan:
a. Terdapat kursi (diutamakan sofa) sesuai dengan jumlah rombongan, b. 1 box Air Mineral (AQUA) ukuran 330 ml, c. Makanan Ringan sehat (buah-buahan) d. AC (Air Conditioner) yang sehat dan dingin, e. Ruangan tertutup/tidak terlihat dari luar/tidak tembus pandang, akses keluar masuk tidak bercampur dengan pengunjung, pintu yang dapat dikunci dan disertai penjagaan keamanan, f. Jika tidak dapat menyediakan ruang tunggu dikarenakan keterbatasan lokasi, harap dikoordinasikan dengan pihak Transcorp Talent Management.

H. KepanitiaanPanitia penyelenggara berkewajiban untuk menunjuk satu
orang sebagai LO (Liasion Officer) dilengkapi dengan Handphone, yang akan mendampingi dan melengkapi kebutuhan dr. Ryan Thamrin dan Team dalam menjalani seluruh aktivitas acara.Panitia penyelenggara berkewajiban mengirimkan Itinerary dan Run Down Acara (Fixed) selambat lambatnya 4 (empat) hari sebelum acara.
I. Sound, Lighting System, & Multimediaa. Pihak penyelenggara menyediakan Sound System, DVD Player/Channel untuk Minus One dan Wireless Mic (diutamakan Shure, Audix, Senheisser) agar dr. Ryan Thamrin bisa berkomunikasi dengan audiens. Keadaan alat harus layak pakai. b. Menyediakan in-focus / LCD Projector dan Laptop siap pakai untuk bahan presentasi dari tema yang telah ditetapkan. c. Jika pihak penyelenggara tidak dapat menyediakan peralatan diatas dikarenakan keterbatasan sumber daya, harap dikoordinasikan dengan pihak Transcorp Talent Management.

2. PROJECT POP
A. PERSYARATAN :Technical Riders ini dikeluarkan oleh PROJECT POP MANAGEMENT selaku management dari PROJECT POP serta diberikan kepada seluruh pihak panitia penyelenggara acara/promotor/event organizer , ataupun badan sejenis, sebagai informasi dalam memenuhi prasyarat permintaan PROJECT POP dalam melakukan kontrak kerjasama untuk mendukung sebuah acara pertunjukkan.Adapun isi Technical Riders ini meliputi :
a. Administrasib. Publikasic. Transportasid. Akomodasie. Ruang Tunggu & Backstagef. Liason Officer (LO)g. Food & Beverageh. Press Confrencei. During The Showj. Lain – lain
B. ADMINISTRASIa. Kontraprestasi atas Penggunaan Jasa Artis sebesar Rp.
75.000.000,- (Tujuh puluh Lima juta rupiah). Khusus untuk Kontraprestasi Artis untuk show Di Luar Negeri sebesar Rp. 90.000.000,- (Sembilang Puluh juta rupiah) dan. Khusus untuk Kontraprestasi Artis dengan Broadcast Coverage akan dikenakan fee tambahan sebesar 50% (lima puluh per seratus) dari nilai fee yang telah ditentukan bersama.
b. Menyerahkan Proposal Acara (bila ada) atau Konsep Acara dari pihak penyelenggara untuk dipelajari atau untuk diketahui, beserta Booking Fee sebesar 50% dari harga Rp. …,- (…Rupiah) yang selanjutnya akan dijadikan tanda kepastian sebelum penanda tanganan Surat Perjanjian kerjasama.
c. Booking Fee tersebut akan dijadikan satu kesatuan (akumulasi) dengan termin pembayaran pertama saat penandatanganan Senilai 50% ( lima puluh perseratus ) yang akan di transfer atau di bayar tunai pada saat penandatanganan Surat Perjanjian Kerjasama,maka Booking Fee tersebut akan sepenuhnya menjadi hak dari pihak PROJECT POP MANAGEMENT
d. Sisanya sebesar 50% (lima puluh persen) harus dilunasi kembali secara Tunai atau Transfer dalam waktu 3 (tiga) hari sebelum hari H.
e. Penandatanganan Surat Perjanjian kontrak Kerjasama antara kedua belah pihak, dilakukan paling lambat 30 (tiga puluh) hari

sebelum hari H sesuai dengan nilai kontrak yang telah disetujui oleh kedua belah pihak.
