Our recruitment consultants first perform a pre-‐screening and preliminary shortlist based on wri[en applica6ons and résumés with follow up by telephone, where required, to clarify experience or claims.
We then carefully review all applica6ons to iden6fy and evaluate those that meet the recruitment criteria and minimum qualifica6ons, taking into considera6on the professional experience, performance, size & complexity of the candidate’s current organiza6on as compared to the client profile).
The report divides candidates into a top group of candidates recommended for interviews and a back up group to the first group.
Afer comple6ng the screening and review, our recruitment consultants perform the first round of interviews with the candidates.
