Choosing is easy as…At the Adelaide Cemeteries Authority we’ve made finding your perfect place a simple, three-step process.

First, decide on the type of burial or placement that suits you best, then the garden you most like and finally, choose a tenure.

1. Type of burial or placementBurialThe Adelaide Cemeteries Authority offers a range of burial options across four distinctly different cemeteries. Many burial sites are also able to accept the placement of ashes.

The burial Site Fee is $3,600. This includes the cost of the first placement.

Note that double vaults are available in selected areas of all cemeteries for an additional fee of $16,000, with a minimum tenure of 50 years.

MemorialIncreasingly, cremation is a popular choice with families. There are over 50 beautiful options that cater to the placement of ashes.

The memorial Site Fee is $1,550, and includes the cost of the first placement.

MausoleumThe Mausoleum precinct at Enfield Memorial Park features prestige architecture that beautifully blends modern lines with European traditions. Indoor and outdoor crypts are available in both single and companion options.

The Mausoleum Site Fee is $17,000, charged on a ‘per crypt’ basis. This includes the cost of placement.

2. GardensWith four cemeteries and dozens of gardens to choose from, the Adelaide Cemeteries Authority has created price categories to simplify your choice. All prices stated below are per annum.

3. TenureWhereas in the past, tenures were often set at 99 years, today Adelaide Cemeteries Authority offers flexible tenures starting from 25 years. Exclusions to this are West Terrace Cemetery sites, Mausoleum and Natural Burials, all of which have tenures set at 99 years. Grace periods of 10 years apply for tenures of less than 50 years, with 25 year grace periods applying for tenures of 50 years and over.

^ Note that although Natural Burial tenure is set at 99 years, the tenure price for Natural Burials is reflective of a 50-year term.

Having helped you find your perfect place, we can also make it easier for you to secure it without any stress. The option of an interest free payment plan is available for all of our customers purchasing a pre-need site, meaning you can pay a deposit now and the balance over three years, without any fees whatsoever.

Three years to pay, no interest and no fees.

Finding a place to reflect and remember can be a great comfort. At the Adelaide Cemeteries Authority we recognise that some people feel best sharing time, photographs and music in a peaceful environment surrounded by family and friends.

Reflection Rooms and LoungesOur beautiful Acacia and Folland Reflection Rooms look out onto the green gardens of Enfield Memorial Park. Both rooms are air conditioned, equipped with audio visual facilities and complemented by private Lounges perfect for refreshments following a burial, cremation service or any occasion at all. The Acacia Reflection Room accommodates 96 people seated as well as 25 standing. The Folland Reflection Room has a capacity of 110 people seated and a further 30 standing.
