Notes:• All of our rooms are available for wedding ceremonies and receptions or receptions only. Choosing the
correct one for your affair depends upon the size of your party, the season, and the atmosphere you prefer. The rooms include the Dining Room, the New, South and North Terraces, and the Tuscany Room. The only room with a dance floor is the Tuscany Room. The Terraces may be used individually or in combination.
• From May through October, we receive so many requests for weddings on Saturdays that we requireweddings to choose between an afternoon or an evening wedding. Afternoon weddings may start as early in the day as you would like, but must end by 4:00 PM. Evening weddings may not begin until 5:00 PM and may continue as late as desired. If these requirements present a problem for your particular situation, please feel free to ask if another arrangement can be made. From November through April, we do not have these time requirements. In those months, your reception may start at any hour. However, when brunch is served to a party, the party may not continue into the evening. The time requirements refer to Saturdays only.
• The prices contained in the booklet do not include a customary 20% service charge or the 6% Pennsylvania sales tax.
• We do not provide wedding cakes or music for dancing (i.e. a band or D.J.). In both cases, however, we can refer you to professionals in our market.
• We require a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure a date, time, and room reservation.
• Our facilities also provide a suitable venue for rehearsal dinners and wedding showers.

We will design a PERSONALIZED MENU for couples interested in creating a unique dining experience for their wedding day. In practice, our chef and wedding host will meet with you to learn what interests you in food and beverage and the style of event you would like to celebrate your marriage. We will take inspiration from you in devising a customized wedding menu built around the freshest available meats, poultry or fish, grains and produce of the season. For a memorable dining experience and a truly unique wedding, ask about the personalized menu.
