STEP 1
BEFORE: Bottom of existing walls
damaged, from water and high humidity.
STEP 2
Cut and remove the moldy, damaged drywall and bottom of the studs.
STEP 3
With the bottom of the finished wall removed, a
perimeter drainage system can be installed – as needed.
STEP 4
Replace the bottom of the wood studs with
metal studs.
STEP 5
Install mold-proof EverLast Wall Panels up to 32”, finish with pvc chair rail and trim. Install optional ThermalDry or MillCreek Flooring.
