• Our scope of work was to Design and Manufacture, Commissioning and Site Training and assistance in order to provide a reliable environmentally friendly field Instrumentation as Fire&Gas Detectors, Notification Devices for PA/GA with evacuation system Controlled by Sil 2 certified controllers and dual redundant Sensor for SIL 3 application with our Fire&Gas PLC’s specific for F&G Applications which can be connected to remote field devices and to Process SCADA for Total Protection.

FGSMS (Fire & Gas Safety Management System) Thanks to open cooperation between Supplier, Contractors and local Authority having Jurisdiction, it was possible to integrate original specification into a more comprehensive and updated design with a new approach to Total Fire & Gas detection, integrated with Fire & Gas Safety Management System. - 3 major tasks were performed - a) Detection, Control, Supervision and Acions b) Pubblic Notification with Alert, Direct and Evacuation c) Integrate Automation with Fire & Gas Safety Management Systems

Particular consideration was given to control the formation of dangerous explosive clouds which may migrate to near-by sites by using the best technology available on the market to Detect and control any possible spillage and Gas Clouds formation which are one of the most difficult hazards to identify and detect in open space. The use of Open Path Gas Detectors Have been integrated with IMX (Interactive Monitoring Xcellence) point Gas Detectors. The Position, Elevation and Stability of the Pole are very important to assure full protection and reliable measure. As Point Gas Detector we have used our Innovative patent Multitechnology Gas Detector, SIL 2-3 certified installed on our designed and tested pole mounting which we offer to clients.
