Fire Projects Service and Maintenance Contract is a cost effective way of managing your maintenance visitson your fire alarm system, and gives you peace of mind that your equipment will work when it is neededmost - in the event of a fire.
Fire alarm servicing needs to be carried out by a competent person with specialist knowledge of fire alarmsystems and in depth of the fire alarm system servicing guidelines. In addition to the routine Fire Alarmmaintenance of your Fire Alarm System on quarterly basis, as required by the customers own riskassessment, Fire Projects provide 24 hour 365 day emergency call-out service.
As a Company we aim to meet the needs and requirements of all our customers, working in partnership,offering best practice advice, and ensuring that life safety systems meet all legislative requirements andcarry out the function there are designed for – providing safety for life.
Once a fire alarm maintenance or fire alarm servicing contract is in place, our office will contact you andwill arrange a convenient time for our fire alarm system engineer to attend your premises. On arrival ourengineer will liaise with the site contact given to our office when the contract was set up.
We generally do AMC of any types of Fire & Security systems. We have a Non Comprehensive andComprehensive AMC contracts. We have a Call out facility available 24 X 7, 365 days. We also provide FreeBreakdown Calls/emergency Services during our AMC period.

Documentation Control System is being adopted to ensure effective execution and delivery of endproduct as per the specification and agreed standards. Our document Control System startsfrom initial Survey of the site till the end of defects liability period of a particular project to ensurecomplete satisfaction to the client during execution of project and even during after salesservices.
