fire-fighter.
Together we will discover
FIRE, a force of nature .
The ancient Greeks and alchemists thought that fire was an element. They also consid-ered earth, air, and water to be elements. The modern definition of FIRE is: fire is a mix-ture of hot gases. The flame is the visible portion of the fire and consists of glowing hot gases. Fire can be a wonder to watch with its dancing flames and pretty colours.

Sun is a “Fire-ball”
The sun is very-very important for the life on Earth because, without sun, all the forms of life in Earth will disappear in only a few days.
Make a bright and shiny yellow sun with your handprints : Draw and cut a circle on white
construction paper, Paint the circle with yellow poster paint. You can use any painting tool- a paint brush, roller brush or sponge brush. You can even use your hands! Sprinkle gold glitter while the paint is still wet. Set the circle aside to dry. Paint your palm with yellow paint. Press your painted
hand onto orange construction paper. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 until you make about 5 to 6 yellow hand prints. Let the paint dry for several minutes. Cut around all the hand prints. Tape the hand prints around the back of the painted circle to make the sun's rays. Draw a face on your sun.
