Course Description The American Heart Association Heartsaver First-aid CPR AED class covers CPR for all age groups, choke-saving, & AED (automatic external defibrillator) use. The first-aid portion of this class covers: bleeding control, asthma, allergic reactions, glove removal, seizures, burns, bee stings, broken bones, and other life threatening emergencies. This course is for renewing, recertification, or initial students. Course Length: about 5 hours Class price: Regular price $140, Discount price: $70 per person with a 14 person minimum Certification: American Heart Association Card: Valid for 2 years, receive card on same day Location: We can teach this class at your location - anytime, anywhere. Who should take this First-aid & CPR course Companies, general office, corporate worksites, construction, teachers (clear credentials), parents, babysitters (over 10 years old), personal trainers, maritime personnel, social workers, summer camp counselors, coaches, foster care. STS has been providing high quality CPR and First-aid classes in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1989 and is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau (A+ rating). Classroom set up We are very flexible with teaching classes at a company’s location, since we have trained students on rocking boats, small dental offices, & summer camps. All we need is a TV, DVD player, and a remote for the DVD player. If you do not have one, you can rent one from us for $40. There should be chairs arranged around the TV so everyone can see the screen and room to practice on the manikins. It is nice to have tables for the students, but it is not mandatory.

Half Price Discount The regular price for this class is $140 per person, but the discounted price is $70 per person with a 14 person minimum. There is a one time charge of $50 for us to teach the class at your site anywhere in the Bay Area or Sacramento. So basically the price for 14 or less students is $980 plus $50 travel fee. Total $1030. If you have more than 14 students, it is an extra $70 per person. Payment I know most CPR training companies ask for payment upfront, but not us. After the training, we will mail you an invoice along with a roster of all the students who took the class.
