Exalt The Savior- WorshipThe Plan: To transform to a more participatory praise and worship style of heart music (music that expresses love to God). The Procedure: Worship will convene with a participatory praise period that expresses love to God led by the minister of music or worship leader who invites others to participate in the worship experience.

Lyrics to participatory praise period songs will be displayed on the big screen to encourage congregational participation.

Midweek quarterly Prayer Worship Services led by the pastor and praise team will be scheduled. A Concert of Praise will be rendered by the music ministry.

Embrace The Saints - FellowshipThe Plan: To transform to a more fellowship-

oriented church. The Procedure: • Members will be encouraged to fellowship

with visitors and members they don’t know after the welcoming of visitors during worship by the pulpit.

Embrace The Saints – Fellowship(cont.)

• Members will be encouraged to fellowship with one another in saluting God’s worth (worship), studying God’s Word (discipleship), and serving in God’s work (ministry)

throughout the year.

• Members will be encouraged to fellowship by supporting the Easter Sunrise Breakfast, Community Back 2 School Gathering, and the Christmas Fireside Fellowship.

Encourage The Suffering - Ministry• The Plan: To transform to a more ministry-

driven church.• The Procedure: • Through Christian Education we will prepare

members to do ministry by helping to discover their spiritual gifts to move them from the membership pew to ministry participation.

• Through the budget planning process

spending will be based on ministry needs to do the work of the ministry.

Encourage The Suffering – Ministry (cont.)

• Through quarterly ministry assessments, all ministries will be evaluated to ensure the embracing of the five-fold purpose.

• Through the Pastoral, Deacon, and My Brother’s Keeper Ministries, prayer, counsel, visitation and support will be given to the needy.
