Choral Anthem arr. Wilberg "My Shepherd Will Supply My Need"

Sanctuary Choir; Sarah Pearson, Harp; Elise Baggett, Oboe; Rita Loadholt, Flute

My shepherd will supply my need; Jehovah is His name;in pastures fresh He makes me feed, beside the living stream. He brings my wandering spirit back, when I forsake His ways,

and leads me for His mercy's sake, in paths of truth and grace.

When I walk through the shades of death, Thy presence is my stay;one word of Thy supporting breath drives all my fears away.Thy hand, in sight of all my foes, doth still my table spread;my cup with blessings overfows, Thine oil anoints my head.

The sure provisions of my God attend me all my days;O may Thy house be mine abode and all my work be praise! There would I find a settled rest while others go and come,no more a stranger, nor a guest; but like a child at home.

Message Lenten Series-"Faith Questions" Dr. Kevin Head"Questions about Baptism"

1 Peter 3: 18-22 18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive in the Spirit. 19 After being made alive, he went and made proclamation to the imprisoned spirits— 20 to those who were disobedient long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water, 21 and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a clear conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 22 who has gone into heaven and is at God’s right hand—with angels, authorities and powers in submission to him.

Hymn of Commitment #480 "Only Trust Him"

Benediction Dr. Kevin Head
