Notice of Public Meeting

First Colony Levee Improvement District No. 2

On behalf of First Colony Levee Improvement District No. 2, Jones|Carter, the District Engineer, will hold

a Public Meeting for District residents to discuss the existing land and facilities owned by the District.

The purpose of the Public Meeting is to seek input from District residents regarding the current

condition of the facilities in order to update the Capital Improvement Plan.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the Commonwealth Club House located at

4330 Knightsbridge Boulevard, Sugar Land, Texas 77479, a meeting place located inside the District. The

meeting will be held in an Open House format from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

At the Public Meeting, maps will be available showing the location of the areas in discussion. The

information presented at the Public Meeting will also be available online at

http://www.fclid2.com/meetings.

All residents of First Colony Levee Improvement District No. 2 are invited to attend this Public Meeting.

An online survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/FirstColonyLID2 will be available starting on February

13, 2017. To request a hardcopy of the questionnaire to submit via mail in lieu of online, please email

your mailing address information to aisbell@jonescarter.com. The deadline to submit the questionnaire

online or via mail is March 1, 2017.
